This whimsical striped, hot pink and yellow, tiered wedding cake was created for a wedding in Georgetown, Kentucky.  The tiers are covered in strips of marshmallow fondant.  The cake was Spiced Caramel Pear.

Fondant Corpse Bride Whimsical Wedding Cake Buffalo Trace Distillery Frankfort KY November 11, 2009

corpse bride toppercorpse bride wedding cakeWe created this whimsical Corpse Bride Halloween cake for a wedding reception that was held at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, KY.  Each tier of the cake was a different flavor and covered in freshly made marshmallow fondant.  The spider web is actually edible.  It was created using Sugar Veil.  The silver on the cake was all hand painted and we fished the cake with colorful butterflies and a hummingbird.

Parisian Hot Pink Poodle and Zebra Striped Birthday Cake August 23, 2009

This fondant covered hot pink, black and white parisian poodle cake was created for a little girl’s 6th birthday. The cake was white with fresh raspberry filling and the second layer was chocolate with a fres raspberry filling. Both cakes were iced with a vanilla buttercream and covered in a vanilla marshmallow fondant. The poodle is created with fondant and royal icing. The collars are silver edible beads.
