This elegant white on white wedding cake was created for Carissa and Mitch’s wedding in Williamsburg, KY. The cake is a 4 tier round and 2 tiers are piped in vanilla buttercream rosettes. The second two tiers are adorned with fresh white hydrangeas. The cake flavors the bride and groom chose were spiced cabernet cake and filling, lemon cake with fresh raspberry filing, chocolate cake with cookie butter buttercream filling and a traditional white cake with vanilla buttercream. This gorgeous wedding cake was created for a wedding at the http://www.BooneTavernHotel.com in Berea, KY .  The cake was iced in vanilla buttercream and piped with a decorative pattern.  The 4 tier round cake was then adorned with fresh flowers consisting of white and lavender roses accented with purple stock and purple hydrangeas.  The cake flavors were chocolate chip with a peanut butter buttercream filling, yellow with chocolate buttercream and a strawberry cake with a fresh strawberry filling. This elegantly simple cake is white with a vanilla buttercream and covered in a marshmallow fondant.  There were 3 sheet cakes that were made for the guests as well.  One was banana with banana buttercream, the second was strawberry with a strawberry buttercream and the third was a lemon cake with a lemon buttercream.  The wedding was held in Harrodsburg, KY. The topper is a beautiful fresh flower combination of red tulips and red roses.  The arrangement was created by Ellis Florist of Harrodsburg, KY.

This beautiful soft and feminine fondant rolled rose wedding cake was created for the Lexington Bridal Show on Sunday, September 13, 2009. The cake is 3 tiers of white fondant that was pearlized to create a shimmer. The rolled roses are white and a soft pink. The tiers are accented with a pink satin ribbon. To add more interest to the cake the tiers were alternated with hexagon and round shapes.

This beautiful blue Gerber daisy and yellow miniature rose cake was created for a wedding that was held in Parksville, KY at the Alum Springs First Church of God. The cake was 3 tiers with a dusty blue satin ribbon and light yellow ribbon. The cakes were chocolate with chocolate ganache and one layer was a white cake with a lemon filling. The cake stand was provided by Jr’s General Store on 4th Street in Danville, KY.
