The three wedding cakes were created for a photo shoot for Zack Delp Photography in Liberty, KY. The first cake si a 4 tier with a textured icing and pink magnolia flowers. The second is a 3 tier cake with icing ruffles and pink roses. The third cake, is a three tier covered in ivory marshmallow fondant and adorned with pearls and a single ivory rose.

Fondant Class at The Twisted Sifter Cake Shoppe starts February 2, 2011
A new fondant class begins on Wednesday, February 2, 2011. The class will cover making fondant, rolling out and covering a cake, designing a two tier cake, flowers, bows, and much more. The cost of the class is $25.00.

This beautiful buttercream 5 tier wedding cake was created for a wedding at the Griffin Gate Marriott in Lexington, KY. The top tier was perched on top of Luxe crystal and rhinestone candleholders. The purple bow is made from marshmallow fondant and is handpainted with pearl dust to create a shimmer. The wedding cake was adorned with edible pearls. Each tier of the cake was a different flavor.
