We created this cake for a brother and sister’s birthday party. The sister turned 19 and the little brother was turning 4. Since their birthdays are so close together they decided to have one big party. Primary colors were used to decorate. The little boy wanted a spiderman cake and the sister was having an inflatable slide for her friends, so we incorporated both into one cake. The tennis court birthday cake was created for a party in Louisville, KY. The lower tier was a spice cake with a fresh apple filling and a dolce de leche icing under the fondant.
