I began making my fondant this way and it was incredibly easy and faster than I have ever been able to make it. Everything was perfect until the next day, I went to cover a cake and it began to crack and fall apart. I followed the directions to make this. Do you know a way to soften the fondant?
To soften the fondant to use the next day – pop it in the microwave for a few seconds at a time. Be careful not to over heat as it will burn your skin.
