The car is coral and ivory and is white cake with a blackberry filling. The car was constructed out of cake and then covered in fondant. This is the second tiered special occasion cake we have created for Ace Weekly a free newspaper in Lexington, KY. This time the celebration was for the issue of “The Best of Lexington”. The fondant covered cake was 4 tiers of chocolate cherry cake with a chocolate ganache, a strawberry cake with strawberry filling, carrot cake with a cream cheese filling and a spice cake with a fresh apple filling with a cream cheese icing.
