1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz chopped -semi-sweet chocolate – use a chocolate that is 70% cocoa if possible.
2 T. unsalted butter
Heat cream to a simmer.
Add the chocolate, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat and add butter.
