This elegantly simple cake is white with a vanilla buttercream and covered in a marshmallow fondant. There were 3 sheet cakes that were made for the guests as well. One was banana with banana buttercream, the second was strawberry with a strawberry buttercream and the third was a lemon cake with a lemon buttercream. The wedding was held in Harrodsburg, KY. The topper is a beautiful fresh flower combination of red tulips and red roses. The arrangement was created by Ellis Florist of Harrodsburg, KY.
A gentleman ordered this cake for his wife who is a huge fan of Disney’s Sleeping Beauty. We created Aurora using a ribbon design out of pink buttercream and adorning her dress with white fondant rolled roses. The cake was chocolate cherry with a vanilla buttercream icing.

This beautiful soft and feminine fondant rolled rose wedding cake was created for the Lexington Bridal Show on Sunday, September 13, 2009. The cake is 3 tiers of white fondant that was pearlized to create a shimmer. The rolled roses are white and a soft pink. The tiers are accented with a pink satin ribbon. To add more interest to the cake the tiers were alternated with hexagon and round shapes.
This beautiful blue Gerber daisy and yellow miniature rose cake was created for a wedding that was held in Parksville, KY at the Alum Springs First Church of God. The cake was 3 tiers with a dusty blue satin ribbon and light yellow ribbon. The cakes were chocolate with chocolate ganache and one layer was a white cake with a lemon filling.
