We created this Halloween topsy turvy wedding cake for a wedding held at the Castle Hill Winery in Versailles, Kentucky. 

The champagne cake is covered in marshmallow fondant with fondant embellishments.  The pumpkin is a carved cake.

Fondant Children’s Baby Shower Cake Winnie the Pooh Hey Diddle Diddle – Danville, KY November 17, 2009

This whimsical baby shower fondant Winnie The Pooh and Hey Diddle Diddle cake was created as a surprise for a couple who are adopting a baby girl.  The cake was spice with apple filling and a chocolate layer with a chocolate ganache filling.  All of the characters were molded out of a fondant/gum paste mixture.
