This whimsical marshmallow fondant covered wedding cake with cute gold fish and bubbles was a donation to an anonomous Ephriam McDowell patient. A representative came to us and asked if we would create the wedding cake for a patient who had been in the process of planning her wedding when she was diagnosed with cancer. The staff at the hospital were able to make all of the arrangements for the wedding in just a few days. A Lasting Impression created the flowers for the ceremony.

This white cake with lemon filling was made for a going away party for a woman at the VA Hospital in Lexington. The daisies are completely edible and made out of freshly made marshmallow fondant and royal icing. They are dusted with a pearlized gold.
