We recreated the groom’s helmet for the wedding day. The cake was lemon with a vanilla buttercream and we carved it into the proper shape and then covered it with a black fondant. The wedding was at the Lure Lodge in Lake Cumberland, Jamestown, KY.

A very pretty cake for a summer wedding. The cake was iced in a textured vanilla buttercream and adorned with fresh sunflowers from the bride’s mother’s garden. Dusty pink was used to create the lovely pink base of this lace wedding cake. The 4 tiers were covered in a marshmallow pink fondant and adorned with a creamy white lace that was shimmered. The bride provided the beautiful gold cameo. The adjoining cakes were iced in a buttercream and one was covered in a chocolate ganache pour. The wedding guests were treated to a variety of wedding cake flavors and fillings. Morgan and Caleb chose Lemon cake with a fresh raspberry filling, a guinness stout cake with an irish cream chocolate ganache, red velvet and a spiced cabernet cake and buttercream. This gorgeous 50th wedding anniversary cake was created by using gum paste to create the rose and the additional petals that adorn the second tier. They were then hand painted in a gold shimmer dust. The cake is covered in a creamy white fondant.

This lovely and colorful wedding cake was created for a wedding that was held at the Harold Roger Fire Training Center in Somerset, Kentucky. The cake was iced in white buttercream and adorned with satin hot pink ribbon and the bride chose silk yellow and orange gerber daisies. The four tier cake had two layers that were round and two that were hexagon to create additional interest in the design. The cake flavors were chocolate with peanut butter buttercream, champagne cake with fresh strawberry filling, chocolate bourbon with cream cheese filling, and a pink velvet cake with pomegranate buttercream filling. This beautiful and fun wedding dessert table was created at the National Guard Armory in Campbellsville, Kentucky. The array of desserts consisted of mini cheesecakes, derby pie, lemon bars, chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, peanut butter no bake cookies, a wedding cake for the bride and groom and candy jars filled with skittles and starburst. The desserts were displayed on antique chest of drawers. The bride created mason jars filled with candies and straws for the guests beverage glasses.
